An international company with offices throughout the world was in the process of recruiting a threat and risk analyst to be physically located in a foreign country, when a companywide hiring freeze was put in place as a result of the economic slowdown.

Solution:

Effortlo supported the recruiting effort and conducted the appropriate screening and due diligence including on-boarding a highly skilled analyst as a contract embedded employee.

 

Result:

This allowed the customer to move forward with the highly needed role and created flexibility to make quick adjustments in the event the individual didn’t perform as they promised. The customer can continue to leverage this person as an embedded resource or bring them on as a full-time employee when the hiring freeze lifts.
